One-to-One |
You’ll receive a face to face meeting with an experienced account manager who’ll guide you through your needs and requirements for your website. Consultations usually last between 1-2 hours. The consultation will be followed up with a written specification to outline all of the suggested requirements for your site, your content requirements and overall estimated cost. |

Design / |
Once you’ve completed your consultation, the account manager will be able to provide a realistic estimate of how much time will be needed to create the site to your requirements. Time is bought by the hour and can include time required for design, build and content population.  |

Optional |
If you are planning on selling online it may be worth considering our e-shop set-up service, we’ll cover everything from setting up your shopping basket page and delivery policies to testing payments and transaction messages with your chosen secure payment provider.(SiteBuilder Bespoke is currently integrated with Sage Pay, RBS WorldPay and PayPal secure payment providers.) NB: Secure payment providers may also charge their own account set-up fees. For details of such fees you’ll have to visit the payment service providers own website. |

Training |
Once your site has been created to your specification your account manager will then take you through the SiteBuilder system step-by-step so that you know exactly how to manage every area of your website. |

A key consideration in the increasingly competitive online market is marketing in order to ensure that your site gets noticed before your competitors. A 2 hour consultation with one of our e-marketing specialists would give you a chance to understand more about online marketing, the methods that could potentially work for your business and how we may be able to assist you further in this area. |

Domain |
If you’d like to register a commercial domain name such as a .co.uk or a .com we can purchase the domain name on your behalf. We’ll complete the relevant technical information to ensure that it is linked to your website. If you’ve already got a commercial domain name and you’d like to transfer it to your SiteBuilder site we can also manage this process for you. |

Hosting and Support |
Once you have a website it needs to be hosted somewhere in order for it to be published on the internet. As a SiteBuilder Bespoke customer you’ll have the option to pay for the hosting of your site on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. The £29.95+vat per month charge also includes any telephone or email support you may require. Therefore, if you need any advice or assistance with regards to your website you can speak to a member of our team who’ll respond to your query ASAP. |
