e-shop

To set up your shop all you have to do is write a short product description, decide on a price and upload an image. Your product will then be shown on your site as a shop item available for purchase by your site visitors. If you’ve got products with multiple variants or you want to display multiple images for your product you can do that too!
You can accept payment via your site by creating a secure payment account with RBS WorldPay, Paypal or Sage Pay. If you would rather just advertise your products online and accept payment via postal or telephone orders you can do that too. Alternatively, offer customers all three payment methods.
When a customer buys a product from your site you will receive an e-mail notification and the sale details will automatically register on your site's sales ledger. Your customer will also be sent a confirmation of their order by e-mail with a message of your choice. You can contact your customer at various points of the sale via the sales ledger, for example you can send them a despatch note when their item has been shipped.
Once a sale has gone through, the stock level for the item that has been sold will automatically reduce, so you’ll always know exactly how much stock you have. Once a product is out of stock on your site,
SiteBuilder
will prevent customers from being able to buy the product until the stock is replenished.In an attempt to prevent stock levels reaching this stage SiteBuilder will inform you when you need to re-order stock based on an individual item reaching its ‘low stock level’, a number set by you on a product basis.
