No. We don’t tie you in for any period of time so when you sign up for
SiteBuilder
you are free to cancel your site and walk away at any time. You don’t need to give notice of a site closure or depend on us to close your site down for you either. You can manage your site from start to finish via your own admin area.Yes. All you pay is £29.95+vat for access to all of our zone types in

. The only way you will pay more money is if you choose to use one of our additional services or if your site goes over the standard space and transfer package (even then we’ll notify you of the situation and help you to try and keep your costs down as much as possible.) We won’t increase your monthly cost without your say so. If the cost of your site does have to increase due to more space or transfer being used you would have to authorise the increased charge yourself via the admin area on your website. SiteBuilder
has been built and designed around the average Joe being able to use it. Our product is packed full of excellent hints and tips and we’ve provided ‘Help Points’ at various stages in the set up process, although we’re confident that you won’t have to use them! Obviously, you can also contact us if you have any problems or questions and we’ll be only too happy to help.You can buy additional domain names via SiteBuilder’s domain name manager within the administration area of your website. No. If you want to publish your site you have to set up a SiteBuilder account and start paying £29.95+vat per month.
Don’t panic – we’ll extend your trial for you. All you have to do is telephone or e-mail us, tell us what the name of your site is and we’ll extend the trial for as long as you need.
Yes and no. You can transfer your existing domain name and we’ll point it to your new website but you can’t transfer the entire website. You can copy and paste images and text from your own site into your new
SiteBuilder
website and arrange them in a way that’s right for you to make your site look all the more stylish and modern.You pay for your site via your own RBS WorldPay customer payment account. When you decide to publish your website you will be taken to the RBS WorldPay secure server to enter your details and make your 1st monthly payment. RBS WorldPay will ask you to set up your own username and password so you can view/alter your account and payment details when you need to.
You can pay for your site on a regular monthly basis via RBS WorldPay, which sets up a monthly standing order for you or alternatively you can pay in 3, 6 or 12 month blocks.
